Check-in at 3 p.m. Check-out at 11 p.m., unless prior arrangements have been made.
Reservations are required and may be placed up to one year in advance.
Reservations will be held 7 days pending receipt of $100.00 deposit.
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a $100 deposit.
The person making the reservation must be a part of the party.
Cancellations received 7 days or more prior to to reservation dates will have all monies returned except for a $25 fee.
Cancellation within 7 days of the reservation date will forfeit the price of your stay unless other arrangements can be made.
Payment of the balance 7 days prior to arrival is acceptable unless other arrangements are made.
All rates are subject to 6% PA sales tax and a 3% Potter County room rental excise tax and 1% service fee.
The security deposit will be returned upon inspection at the time of your departure if there is nothing missing from or damage done to the property.
